If your order is due for delivery today or tomorrow, we won’t be able to change your order. If your order is for another day, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the ‘Contact Us’ form, and be sure to include your order number, name and exactly what you would like changing.
If you’re missing items or are not happy with something, please email us within 24 hours of your order being delivered at email@example.com or use the ‘Contact Us’ form.
Once in a while an email goes missing. Firstly, please have a look in your junk/spam/inboxfor an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you couldn’t find the email please email us at email@example.com with your name, what you ordered and the last 4 digits of the card you paid with. Alternatively use the ‘Contact Us’ form.
The Batch’d team work 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday. We will always try and get back to your email within 48 hours.
We use a variety of different artisan bakeries who all create their products from scratch. We will always name the bakery our products come from.
We are constantly adding more locations where you can find our baked goods. You can find a full list of our locations on our locations page.
All of our allergen information is provided on each product page as well as our allergen information page. If you are shopping in store with us, please ask for our allergen booklet.
All of our products are made in various external bakeries; therefore, we cannot guarantee that any allergen has not been cross contaminated.
Due to the fact our products are artisan, the size and weight will always differ from one product to another. Because of this the nutritional information will always differ from product to product. Yes, we offer some gluten free fudge and brownie products, but as these are baked in kitchens using gluten-containing ingredients, we cannot guarantee they are completely gluten free.
Yes, the majority of our products are vegetarian. Some products are only not vegetarian because of the toppings used.
We recommend eating all of our sweet treats on the day of purchasing to ensure they are as fresh as possible. Fudge is the only exception, this will be fine for a couple of weeks.
