It is important that we keep you updated with all relevant ingredients and allergen information on the products we sell.
Because we don’t bake the products ourselves, we are entirely at the discretion of our suppliers in ensuring that all information is accurate.

Here at Batch’d, we are a proud bunch; the products we bake are always freshly created to the highest standard. The process of creating our goodies isn’t without its challenges; however, unfortunately, because of the way we do things, we cannot guarantee that any of the products we sell aren’t free from allergens. Many of the processes involve using shared machinery and equipment.

VEGETARIAN
While the majority of our products are suitable for vegetarians, not all of them are. Some item such as our rocky roads contain marshmallows, and others may include food colourings or ingredients (like M&M’s) that aren’t vegetarian-friendly. Additionally, certain sprinkles used in some of our products may not be suitable for vegetarians. This varies on a case-by-case basis. Full ingredient and allergen details are available in our allergen booklet to help you make an informed choice.
VEGAN
Many of our products are made without milk or egg ingredients and are suitable for those following a vegan-friendly diet. These items are clearly labelled with a V for easy identification in-store and will have vegan in the title within our allergens file.
Please note: while we take great care in our processes, all products are prepared in environments where dairy and eggs are handled. As a result, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. For this reason, we advise those with allergies to avoid these products.
HALAL
Many of our products are made with vegetarian ingredients, which are generally suitable for those following a halal-friendly diet. However, please note that none of our products are officially halal certified. Some items—such as our rocky roads—contain marshmallows, and others may include ingredients like food colourings which don’t align with halal dietary practices. As ingredients can vary by product, we recommend checking our allergen booklet for full details, so you can make an informed decision.
NUTS
Nuts are handled in both our warehouses and the bakeries we work with, so there is a risk of cross-contamination across all products. In addition, all of our brownies and NYC cookies contain ground almonds as part of their base recipe.
Due to these factors, we do not recommend consuming our products if you have a nut allergy.
GLUTEN
The majority of our products contain wheat flour. While we’re proud to offer a wide selection of brownies made without gluten in the recipe, we do not advertise these as gluten-free due to the risk of cross-contamination during production.
If you have a gluten intolerance or allergy, we recommend avoiding our products, as they are baked in environments where gluten is present.
